    Well as we know that gaining weight, has been necessary for those who
    are physically weak . They need to eat foods, which are high in fiber and
    carbs as well. So try to take foods of that sorts . Junk foods, fast foods are
    useful for such aim.Drink fresh fruit juice, eat chicken, meat.
