    When is the best time to go to the gym (for weights) before or after the TKD training ?

    I would personally do it on a day you don't do TKD or martial arts.

    I would too , but it depends on my schedule that is not so loose...

    It really depends on your workouts and what you can handle.

    Experiment and try it one way for a month and note how you perform working out and in TKD, then the other way for a month and a half and note the same thing. Compare.

    I run 5 days a week. I make sure that one of my rest days is on a class day and on the other class days I have short runs.

    My TKD classes leave me completely drained for a day or two if they are done right. They include enough body weight and plyo exercises for me. I find trying to do supplementary weights just interferes with my TKD. I am a great believer in activity specific exercise. If you want to get good at jumping, jump

    On off days or after class is probably going to be best

    What do you generally do at the gym?

    Depends on the day but I alternate between legs & Shoulders, Chest and Arms, and causally do core and cardio
