    Hello,
Would any one know how i could join an open sparring competition? And how could i work my way up to the championships. Do i need to be part of some sort of club?
I am part of a club and won some club level competitions but they occur very rarely
I do WTF and am a green belt

Commonly you don't need to be a part of any organization. As long as you can afford (this includes complete private equipments) and has a coach with you, just register and you're good to go. But of course the committee may have additional rules, just read the proposal.

Search for it, there might already be social media group where committee shares competitions.

The website of the competition should have information

Also have you spoken to your instructor about wanting to compete more? I think sooner or later you will have to let them know

I was in the ITF and there was competitions all the time, England, Scottish, Welsh championship for example. I think within the WTF there would be more, again you instructor would be the best person to ask
