Ouch! Last night at Sparring class I rolled my foot/ankle. Right on the knife edge. All my weight plus my momentum. It just went over and I totally thought I broke it. My Master was unsure too but then noticed no major swelling or bruising. I got really lucky. I iced it all night and took some Aleve. It's sore today but I'm going to class tonight but I don't think I'll be worth much there. It should be back to normal in a couple days. Again, I was lucky to not do more damage. Recently I was kicked solidly in the balls by a Black Belt, pulled my Glute/Upper rear Hamstring and now I roll my foot. Unreal. Hahhaha I LOVE TAEKWONDO!!!
