    If you could have a six week full-time intensive program to cover any one aspect of your training, what aspect would you choose and why?

    To drill and break down the finer points of spinning kick techniques. There are clubs tht devote way too much time in general, but over here it's very irregular and sketchy.

    Taegueks, and poomse. To be honest I am not good, I can go through the techniques, but they could be so much better. tweaking here and there.

    to be more flexable and able to keep up with the rest. I have asthma and my instructor thinks that it's really just in the mind, but it hurts to do really intense work outs especially in the gradings and to go to a 7 hour black belt test in a couple years i'm dreading because of what they are going to make me do and I won't be allowed to stop to catch a breath. So i want to find a way to make my lungs work better >.>;

    Ah, so I run a 4 week (2 days a week) self-defense program. The curriculum is one that I created along with the help of my master, a few other masters and grandmasters, and the police force in my area. I have national certification to teach self-defense classes and I run this session for my college each semester. I think self-defense is such an important aspect of the arts and being able to teach it in a college setting has really created a safer environment on my campus.
