Why I get sick of doing kicking arts.

    And this is just taking a few months off

    My hip flexibility regress back to literal beginners level. And throwing sensible kicks with stiff hips is pretty impossible in this art.

    Rant over.

    Uppdate: it appears that it was not a stiffness issue, but loss of leg muscles being off Taekwondo.

    I need to get warmer than when I was active training, but the flexibility is still there. I just need to put more zapp into the dynamic flexibility.
